Galin Hall, General Manager

Galin Hall is General Manager at Tramici

Galin Hall, Tramici’s general manager and a St. Simons native, was brought up from childhood in the hospitality industry—working in his father’s steakhouses and eventually in ownership himself. He furthered his career at the Emmeline & Hessie—a seafood restaurant formerly located at Golden Isles Marina—and then eventually followed one of the owners to manage Mullet Bay Restaurant.

After a meeting with Dave Snyder of Halyards, Galin was offered a position as general manager at Tramici, and he’s been a fan of the excellent cuisine and the fun environment ever since. “It’s been eight years,” Galin says, “and I am just as excited as I was my first day serving great food and beverages to some of the best people I’ve ever met!”

Galin thrives in the hospitality industry—conversing with customers, managing staff, and supporting the startup ventures of island friends. As a proud father of two, his love for excellent foodservice is only surpassed by the joy he finds in his family.
